I, the undersigned A.O. Clemons of the town, county, and state aforesaid, do hereby appoint George L. Clemons, my nephew, to take care of me in my present and last sickness and to pay all expenses of the same out of property now in his possession belonging to me, the said A.O. Clemons.  Also that the said George L. Clemons shall have charge of my burial expenses including coffin, gravestone, and what is known as a metallic burial vault -- all of the above mentioned expenses to be paid out of the above mentioned property.
