Last day of riding. And Linda is back! You know what that means. I won't be loaded today!

I passed the famous Brigham City welcome sign on the way out. Gateway to the World's Greatest Wild Bird Refuge. I didn't notice
a wild bird refuge. It is a very old sign.

I am delayed by a train at least once on almost every one of my bike trips. This year I was delayed by a barge full of dirt in Portland, but
not yet by a train.

Then I was on a rail trail for many miles. It's really hard to be delayed by a train on a rail trail.

Then I was on the Jordan River Trail. Yes, that is the River Jordan. I didn't see anything living in there, so it might be salty. Or polluted.

Approaching the end of the ride at the state capitol. Last chance for a train. Nope.

I had to climb a ridiculously steep hill to get to the capitol. Then we did the standard photo shoot.

And one of the photographer.

The beehive is the state symbol of Utah. The bees represent the industriousness of the early settlers. Or their stinging qualities.

The Utah capitol is more ornate than the Idaho capitol, but not much.

There are more statutes. There is one of Philo T. Farnsworth, inventor of the television, and this guy....who had something
to do with the invention of the supermarket.

Next we dropped the bike off at a bike shop for shipping home, and we found a sports bar for lunch and celebratory beverage.

And guess what happened on the way back to the hotel.
