Day 12. Moffat to Edinburgh. 64 miles. In the rain. It was raining when we started. It was raining when we finished. Then it stopped raining.

The day started with a 7-mile climb up into Scotland. This route is billed "The Scenic Trail to Edinburgh." Not today.

We have not yet been delayed by a train on this trip, but we have now been delayed twice by cattle.

How many sheep are in this photo? It's really hard to take a picture without sheep in it.

After many hours of miserable conditions we reached the North Sea. And so we inadvertently completed the Coast-to-Coast as part
of our End-to-End.

And then after loading out filthy bikes into our hotel room, we Ubered into town to meet some friends who also happened to be
in Edinburgh at the same time. (Not that far-away hipster looking guy in the middle. He's a another table--but the camera loves him).
