Flew from BWI to Heathrow. Took the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. Rode the 12:06 train to Penzance. Sat in first class. Everything went according to plan.

The whole process took about 15 hours. I might have slept for two.

I met Mr. Balint at The Cycle Centre in Penzance. My bike was ready, so I loaded up my bags and we rode the short distance to the
hotel. We had a fine dinner with fine beer, then called it a night. Sleep was interrupted by a domestic disturbance in the room next door.
But who cares? Tomorrow we ride!
